“Clean room with a lot of space! Staff was very supportive during dangerous weather! ”

“This place should not even be advertised. I was given a room called non-smoking, and it smelled of old, stale smoke. On top of that I woke up during the night and the smell had gotten worse. I tried calling the front desk and only got "your call cannot be completed..." The walls are thin - in fact there was a hole in the wall of the bathroom - and I could hear everything from the next room. I got up early in the morning to shower and leave and found a roach in the tub. I would rather sleep in……
