“On arrival my wife and I upgraded to a larger room far away from the noisy traffic. The upgrade, by paying extra was made easy by the friendly staff member. The studio room we moved had plenty of space to stay for many nights and it was far away from the noisy highway. ”

“Great location, but room layout and access could be improved Loved the convenience of the location, perfect for exploring the city and the Collingwood area. However, the layout of the room was odd and a bit unpleasant; the main door opened directly into the bathroom area, which you had to walk through to reach the bedroom. It would’ve also been helpful to receive clear access instructions ahead of arrival, especially as there’s a long staircase to climb to reach the rooms. The overall style……
