“The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.”

“Brand new modern and state of the art hotel. Front desk is on 8th floor so you do not have much interaction with hotel staff. Staff was accommodating with any needs that arise.”

“it is a very special living experience which is like a co-working place and meanwhile front counter's service is friendly, hotel staying is cozy.”

“可預約泊車位，街上也多車位。地方寧靜，近電車站，房間寬敞，新淨，職員有禮，無窗景，房內無洗衣機/乾衣機。樓下才有收費洗衣機/乾衣機。”
