“We stayed in the Legend Suite as it was the only large room available for our last-minute stay (the Family Room was fully booked). The room was spacious, clean and neat. The shower water pressure was excellent. We chose this hotel because it offers an EV charging station, which is very important to us as we are driving an EV. “The front desk staff allow me to check-in on 3.45 pm while I already inform them that I will check in at 1 pm if it's possible. Need to wait for quite sometimes for them to prepare the room. Despite the staff allow me to check in quite late (almost 4pm), the staff keep on highlighting that we must check out at 12 pm. I quite disappointed with this. I found a bed bug during my stay there. Other amenities provided are good, iron is provided as per request. ”

“Very friendly lady at reception. Our room was a bit faded and dated. I'm guessing from the Expedia photo that some of the rooms have been renovated, but ours hadn't been done yet. But it was clean and fine for our single night in Taiping. Also great central location in city centre, and only fifteen minutes' walk from railway station.”
