"Yes there is a bumpy 15 minute ride from the main road but the pay off is a tranquil environment to relax at Kili Villa. Our room had a lovely outlook to the gardens where local fauna and birds did their thing. The staff were welcoming and courteous, and the food was delicious. Perhaps the experience could have been improved with better communication about food and drink options when we arrived (with an explanation card). "The room was very comfortable, and cleaned spotlessly every day. The breakfast was varied and tasty and it was a delight to sit out enjoying eating it in the peaceful and beautiful gardens. The staff couldnt have been more helpful and were always smilling. We stayed there for 2 weeks except for 4 days climbing Mount Meru.
