“This is a small family run hotel with great Tanzanian pride. It is clean, very quiet, with friendly staff. The hotel was down a side street and short narrow road. But our airport driver had no issues.
We took advantage of Brown. He is a tour guide thst took us around Arusha for 2 days. He handled all museums, lunch, taxis, and questions. He was much better than larger kayak or Travelocity tours. We walked 1 km down the road to embers restaurant if you feel adventurous.This experience……

“This review follows a separate booking issue we encountered. We had reserved five rooms, and upon arrival, we were asked to pay an additional US$10 per person for breakfast, despite the property listing stating that breakfast was included for all rooms.
The next day, the hotel manager spoke with us directly, explained the miscommunication with Expedia, and offered a solution. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
