“It was ok. The breakfast was basic. White bread and eggs and sausage with one waffle maker working. Rooms were ok but dated and could use an update and paint.”

“Not a modern facility. The tub had a stains on the porcelain in the place where you place your feet. I put down a hand towel so I wouldn’t step on the stains in the tub. I don’t know if they are rust stains. The base of the bathroom sink was chipping and was not new. The bed was fine. Nice furnishings in the room. Good and secure room lock. Good air conditioning. Upstairs rooms require walking up wooden stairs that are outside. There are no elevators so you can ask for a ground level……

“We stayed at Days Hotel by Wyndham in Toms River for 4 nights. A neat surprise waited for folks who haven't had a bathtub for a while! The bathroom and the furnishings definitely came from another era, I guess the 1950s. Fortunately a shower head was added to the bathtub. Definitely a plus for nostalgic folks! The sink was small, the faucet took a while to figure out how to work it. I finally remembered from my time half a century ago. The toilet was cute: VERY low; probably to accommodate……

“Clean room, well maintained. Excellent location. They offer beach chairs umbrella and sunblock. You have to get out early enough to avail of these extras. Good breakfast. But on our last day, I sat facing the breakfast spread, noticed flies sitting in the compotes. After 3 days, we checked out but decided to kill some time riding their bikes. Manager informed me we could use the bikes even though we checked out. I thought was wonderful and nice of them! There were 2 bikes left , one was……

“I was disappointed with my stay. When I checked in, I was asked, “Why are you here?” The way the question was asked made me feel uncomfortable and was not a welcoming first impression. When I got to my room, there was no water available. The most concerning part of my stay occurred that night. After 10:00 p.m., I was awakened by a loud domestic disturbance in a nearby room.
