“The property appears to be available for booking on Orbitz/Expedia; however, the booking details are not transferred to the property's reception, and the owner claimed they had never registered with Orbitz/Expedia. My booking was confirmed, but when I arrived, they were unable to find my reservation, and no rooms were available for that night. I had to find a place to stay elsewhere in the late afternoon. They should be removed from Orbitz/Expedia.”

“We had a good time here, the views are great, the resort is comfortable for a family trip, and the staff were helpful. “З самого приїзду був зіпсований настрій, коли мені повідомили, що моє бронювання не оплачене. Другим неприємним "сюрпризом" було те, що басейну у готелю немає. Хоча на фото дуже привабливі види декількох басейнів. Також система по фільрам вказує наявність басейну. Насправді то фото Voda Club, вхід в який є платний як і для всіх інших туристів. Навіть знижки немає. Третій негатив - відчуття "затасканості" номеру. Багато всього або зламано, або на межі. Четвертий негатив - прибирання в номері……
