“The property appears to be available for booking on Orbitz/Expedia; however, the booking details are not transferred to the property's reception, and the owner claimed they had never registered with Orbitz/Expedia. My booking was confirmed, but when I arrived, they were unable to find my reservation, and no rooms were available for that night. I had to find a place to stay elsewhere in the late afternoon. They should be removed from Orbitz/Expedia.”

“We had a good time here, the views are great, the resort is comfortable for a family trip, and the staff were helpful. The rooms we a little noisy, you'll be hearing your neighbors' footsteps, crying babies (yeah, that one was ours), snoring, etc... but there are also private cabins available for those who want more quiet. There is grear hiking in the area, but to get to any shops, restaurants, or markets, you're gonna need to drive, which is a little inconvenient. ”

“З самого приїзду був зіпсований настрій, коли мені повідомили, що моє бронювання не оплачене. Другим неприємним "сюрпризом" було те, що басейну у готелю немає. Хоча на фото дуже привабливі види декількох басейнів. Також система по фільрам вказує наявність басейну. Насправді то фото Voda Club, вхід в який є платний як і для всіх інших туристів. Навіть знижки немає. Третій негатив - відчуття "затасканості" номеру. Багато всього або зламано, або на межі. Четвертий негатив - прибирання в номері……

“Place is great right on hill top, great view to the slopes and very cheap on the price. Staff was very friendly and fast. Walking distance pretty much to everything but no need to walk taxi on site and very cheap. Even if you wanna grab something to eat you can do it right at the hotel, price is good and very good food compared to other places in Bukovel. I recommend this place to every one. ”

“Accès très difficile car chemin en travaux; personnes non dispo, me disant d'attendre 1 heure pour qu'ils arrivent de 40km, puis prétendant qu'ils n'ont aucune réservation, puis me demandant de bien vouloir aller loger chez leurs voisins le B&B Dor. Bâtiment en travaux. Inacceptable. Ce sera peut-être bien dans 1 an mais pour l'instant ce n'est pas fini. Demande de remboursement en cours.”
