“I like only sauna( the temperature was well), I don’t like: sometimes bad smell in this area from outside. And worst: when I arrived and wanted to change the room to higher category their manager( man) told me that their hotel doesn’t work with Expedia that it’s some fault that I booked through Expedia hotel Milli & Jon and told me that he won’t take the changing through Expedia and will change for mor expensive price from deck only, which he did .”

“In fact, since the hotel overbooked that weekend, I was proposed a different hotel in Ivano-Frankivsk. It caused a bit of anxiety as I waited for confirmation of the room in the other establishment, but I was impressed by the professionalism and clear, prompt communication on Nadiya's customer service portal. The hotel was Optima Collection Park Hotel and so, all of my ratings given here pertain to that accommodation, not Nadiya...”

“The room said King bed - it was a Queen and the bedroom was so small a King would not have fit. The other furniture was massive and had no drawers or cabinets for clothing so that was useless. The site said “Mountain View”, which in any season but winter would be true. There was a huge window wall with two glass doors that sealed so badly that the heavy wind was blowing snow in around the door. The heavy curtains were closed, chairs were placed at either end to hold them, and the bottom of the……

“My only complaint about this property says in description they have air conditioning. Well they do not have this they have a fan. Really big room and bathroom and I'm from the states so for European standard it's insanely large. Nice people in the heart of the city. ”

“З самого приїзду був зіпсований настрій, коли мені повідомили, що моє бронювання не оплачене. Другим неприємним "сюрпризом" було те, що басейну у готелю немає. Хоча на фото дуже привабливі види декількох басейнів. Також система по фільрам вказує наявність басейну. Насправді то фото Voda Club, вхід в який є платний як і для всіх інших туристів. Навіть знижки немає. Третій негатив - відчуття "затасканості" номеру. Багато всього або зламано, або на межі. Четвертий негатив - прибирання в номері……

“Terrible. The hotel wasn't confirmed our reservation which we made, we were left without a place where to state. Nobody in the hotel wasn't able to help us or suggest an alternative option. We were with a child. The website Hotels.com wasn't able to resolve this issue. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and website, anybody!”

“I booked, and paid for a suite at the Amstelski through Expedia. When I arrived, I was told they had no rooms left, and that they had put me into a standard room at a hotel next door. Whilst the room was adequate, I hate small rooms, and the room I stayed in was half the price of what I booked. Expedia have refused to refund the difference. After several hundred stays through Expedia, the 4th at this property, there won't be any more with either. ”
