“Lovely hotel for our week long stay exploring the area. Staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. We made great use of the Sud Tirol Pass that allowed free travel on cable cars (also on buses and trains but we had a car). Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of homemade items and local apple juice. The homemade ice cream was sampled a lot. Local beers and wines in the bar - everything felt as if it was zero food miles, which we love. The pool and garden are immaculate. We can’t wait to……

“Beautiful location. Apartment was clean and comfortable with great facilities for cooking. Pool was lovely to have and the garden was much bigger than I expected. Great for the children. Cavelese itself is very close by (all up hill) and it is a stunning town. Would highly recommend doing a walking too to really be able to appreciate the history. Only negative is that there is no air con and our apt on the 3rd floor was really hot.”

“The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. We could hear her in the back when we came in but she did not……

“Hote bellissimo in posizione centralissima. La camera pulitissima e silenziosa il personale davvero cortese e disponibile ma il punto di forza è stato davvero la colazione… fantastica! Qualunque cosa richiesta è arrivata con una qualità altissima!!! Tagliere formaggi/speck uova FANTASTICI!!! Ma anche il croissant caldi e appena sfornati e di ottima qualità…”
