“Entry to the property was confusing with no signage or guidance. Lift wasn’t suitable for size of property and not easy to use with a lack of instructions. Breakfast didn’t have enough food for the number of customers and table space was limited.”

“Amazing Hotel, Great staff and very safe. Very convenient location just above the spanish steps and everything is walking distance from there. A lot of nice places to eat nearby and very lively st. Quiet rooms and no disturbance. ”
