"Thaw room and the property were wonderful. Unfortunately the only elevator in the building was out of order and the guest had to carry our own luggage to the upper floors. The staff did not offer any assistance. The work out room was not available because the battery on the electronic door was not working. The staff did not have a maintenance technician to fix the problem. Only a couple of the staff members were willing to help. The others didn’t want you to bother them. The hotel sent me a number of messages prior to my arrival to check in early but not one message informing me of the elevator not being in use or giving me the option to cancel my reservation and get a full refund. When I arrived they assumed I was aware of the elevator situation and just continued as if it is now my problem since the room was prepaid."
