"The hotel is a little out of the way. Car parking is very limited onsite and they have offsite parking a good 5 minute walk. Not great when its raining. Room did not get vacuumed at all in the 4 nights we were there. The hotel is fairly new and great for the price."

"When we arrived at the hotel the staff member was on the phone. We waited for around 5 to 10 minutes before they ended the call. Only to be addressed rudely, no greeting simply what do you want? We had arrived an hour before the official check-in time and had advised of our early arrival. The staff member didn't even check if our room was ready and just said leave your bags and come back at 2pm. Other staff were much better"

"I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed and we weren't informed. I thought room service would be available. There wasn't any service booklet to inform us of where to dine or what was close by for tourism. There was ample cutlery but little crockery for meals. 2 dinner plates, one bread plate and 2 bowls. Glasses and cups were fine. I had to get detergent and a cloth for cleaning. I didn't require room service. Otherwise the room was accommodating for our stay."
