Staff is so helpful in booking us a four wheeler and transportation to and from the airport. Breakfast was delivered every morning on time. Their sister hotel Filotera suites has a pool with great view of the Caldera and we were able to go swim in it. "

"Overall it was amazing experience,property was comfortable and “demetreas” went out of his way to accomodate our request. Couple of things i want to mention. 1)standard breakfast is sent to room in take out containers,no choices are give,tea coffee not served and u have to pretty much seeve yourself. 2)the room was infested with ants next to the kitchen window so we have to be careful with handling food."

"Hubo un problema al llegar al hotel nosotros rentamos una habitación de sea view y la habitación se tenía que subir el roof para ver el sea pero ANA manager del hotel nos ayudó con todo para poder obtener lo que nosotros deseábamos pero si les recomiendo que miren bien las habitaciones antes de tomarlas así se evitan 2 horas de discusión entre hotel y expiedia x suerte el hotel y expedía nos ayudaron a obtener lo que deseamos "

"Wonderful location close to windmill, castle and 3 domes. love this cave - wind house, really nice room w large space and nice beds, pleasantly surprised it is so well maintained; you can watch the sunset, although the best location would be from the castle So you can take picture of the windmill during sunset. Btw, you really need the staff help with the luggage because of so many stairs to get to the Caves, Same with others I think. "

"We’ve just returned from a fabulous week here. The hotel complex is idyllic, all freshly whitewashed, spotless and charming. The pool was a real bonus too. It sits right in the centre of Oia on top of all the lovely restaurants and shops. We stayed in a triple apartment. The beds were very comfortable but ours was only a double and pushed up to the wall. This could not be helped due to the small size of the upstairs bedroom, and still very charming, but something to bear in mind. The breakfasts...
