“The service from reception is so nice and we love our room so much. It is so elegant and the balcony is so cozy. This hotel let us feel we are in real honeymoon. The water in swimming pool is cold, but the view is good. The breakfast have many choice and when we have breakfast there are some bees and flies fly around us. Although it takes a bit time to walk down to the beach or climb back to the hotel, it is still ok to us. We miss the time to stay here.”

“We love the location of the hotel as well as the property itself. The staff and service were excellent. The food as well was very good. The only issues we had was that the plumbing in our rooms did not drain water from the shower causing a little flood in the bathroom. The hotel staff tried to fix the issue and we were given a new room . However the second room had the same issue. The team continued to try and fix the issue. Aside from this issue we enjoyed our time.”

“What a beautiful property. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The owner was really pleasant and was really helpful as well. IOS was such a beautiful place and The Hideout Suites must have some of the best views on the island. We had a suite with a pool which was ideal for our kids but not the most child friendly hotel as it aimed at adults really. Amazing property and would definitely go back! Thanks to all the staff! 👊”

"We booked a sunset view suite. The view is nice with a jacuzzi. However, the water is not hot enough in my opinion. The hotel is quiet and clean overall speaking. We love the breakfast area and the poolside. The walk to Santo Mine is just a few minutes and relaxing. We enjoyed staying in Santo Pure. "
