"Everything was perfect at La Chaize. This was our third time and the reception still took time to explain about access, breakfast and all that we needed to know to get the best from the hotel. The Gentleman on reception took us to our room, which was at the rear of the main hotel building. "Room was clean and tidy. Only stayed one night. No air con in the room and it was hot so slept with window open, however very noisey outside. It was also a Sunday so nothing much open apart from McDonald’s and another fast food place called Jules and John and food was very poor."

"The hotel is perfectly situated being close to both the sea front and the centre of town. We found the hotel of a high quality, the staff were extremely helpful and polite, there were good car parking facilities and a spa was available on the premises. our 'basic' room was spacious and we also had a balcony.
