“ Cafards dans la chambre J’ai constaté lors de ma première nuit (sur deux réservées) la présence de cafards dans la salle d’eau et le salon. Après l’avoir signalé le lendemain matin et exprimé ma volonté de quitter l’établissement sans effectuer la seconde nuit, on m’a assuré comprendre que je souhaite partir et qu’elle s’occuperait de procéder au remboursement. Le lendemain, suite à une relance de ma part, on me signale qu’on ne procédera pas au remboursement puisqu’il n’est pas possible de……
