“We never got into our room. We went up to our room and the card keys didn’t work. I went back to the desk and got two more, still not working. My wife went down and got another card key, that didn’t work. Staff did not offer to check out the problem and didn’t seem interested in the problem. We left the property and have no plans to return to this property.”

“The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The sofa bed did not have a very good mattress, so consider that when planning for extra people. Also, trying to get in the door was an experience. It took several attempts to figure out how that worked as well as how to lock it. There should be better instructions, and a reminder to hold the door tightly closed when locking or it won't engage. We wound up getting a parking ticket for Alternate Street Parking" (whatever that means). Other than these items, the unit was clean, quiet, and in a great location.”

“The trip was great. The refrige/freezer needed a wipe down, but nothing too bad to call it nasty. It was spacious and clean and fit us perfectly. The only complaint we all had was the pillows were like laying on paper, almost nonexistent. The water smells of sulfur, but provided a water purifier for drinking. Gorgeous property and beautiful surroundings. Enjoyed the fire pit outside. Definitely would recommend to any family. Or a couple wanting a quiet get away. BYOP. Bring your own pillows.”
