“Overall, the state of this property is changing due to a brand new general manager. I saw some of the reviews, but I thought I would still give it a try. There are some hiccups, but James Graham is working on fixing everything. He’s only been there a month as of this post. Nothing in the prior guests post was a problem on this visit. There’s water everywhere I think they can and need a remodel if they want to really kick it up into the five star. The service and the staff is outstanding. I will……

“Excellent place. Very clean. Would stay there again.”

“All was excellent except the Pool. Closed many times due to MAINTENANCE. Staff very friendly about " they are checking the chemicals" My suggestion is if your pool maintenance staff can't get in til 9 then change pool hours to 10. Then there is no expectation that it opens at 9”

“The front desk lady was rude, manager on duty rude and when they gave us our key for our room it was a dirty room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. The only compensation was my 14 year old son could go to the snack pantry for free. Customer service was a 0 for sure ”
