"There were some things that I expected in a hotel at this level that just weren't there. I'm completely on board with housekeeping only every three days. However, if that is the standard policy, then there should be enough towels in the bathroom for two people to be there for three days without having to ask for towels. Also, The bathroom only has a very small hook on the back of the door to hang wet towels. And, there are not really any towel bars, so it would be great if there were either more hooks or a real towel rack. Finally, the hot water in the shower was definitely not hot enough. I understand that these faucets have temperature limiters to avoid scalding, but this was set much too low. Overall, this was a very nice hotel, but these seem like pretty easy things to correct that would move it toward a great one."

"Nice enough hotel. At the price we paid it should have been spotless and it wasn't. Didn't stay more than one night because of the price. We had other reservations but on arrival found out the hotel had no hot water. We had to scramble to find lodging."
