Was locked out of my room once late in the evening after key card had not been re- activated after I previously made sure my extension had been recognised at reception twice ( sincerity received no confirmation email). "I stayed here for three nights while visiting Hannover and it was a fantastic hotel. The location is great. about a 30 minute walk from the main train station or you can take a taxi. This is probably the best hotel near the University of Hannover."
