“Firstly said there is breakfast there is not. Staff where useless and rude, no elevator so if you have mobility issues or are frail forget about it as you will have to lug bags up a turning stair case. Area around hotel had things to do but could be seedy at night. Lots of drugs. Working people are nice in Kokomo but the area has its issues ”

“Clean room. Personable staff. No "amenities" like breakfast, but if only staying for less than 12 hours......great price.”

“Rooms are clean. Shower has hot water and good pressure. Pool and hot tub are well kept. An employee was doing a routine check of the water while we there. Breakfast is pretty good. Close to lots of restaurants. Rooms on pool end will have highway noise, but it's not that bad. Have stayed here before and definitely will again.”

“This hotel has the WORST smell of ANY hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I travel for work and stay in hotels every week all over the country and I have never been to one with a smell like this one. The floors in the hallway are literally brown due to pet droppings (which is what the hotel smells like mostly cat urine) the floor in my room was vinyl which I was thankful of however I had to go buy a mop and bleach because it was disgustingly dirty. The tub hadn’t been cleaned and the bathroom fan was so……

“Room had ants crawling all over the room, bed and bathroom. Called the front desk and they were supposed to send someone and no one came to do anything about. Never apologized for the inconvenience this caused”

“We flew in Wednesday night, checked in, and headed to our room. On the way to the 2nd floor, the elevator shook so badly it felt like it was having a seizure before stopping. We got to the room around 11pm, just wanting sleep, and found the layout odd—the bed in the middle with a pony wall, a desk on the other side with no chair, and confusing light switches. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, though. The next morning, the shower was frustrating. The glass didn’t keep water off the……
