“Hotel is a cute place to stay well visiting Trieste. Decor of the rooms are tasteful and has a fun twist to the look. Washrooms had larger white tiles throughout. Met my standard of cleanliness, didn’t have the urge to sanitize everything before using. Staff working including lady straightening our room was very friendly. We didn’t have breakfast either mornings, we wanted to get out and explore, great location! However, we did hear though the breakfast was tasty. A few notes to take, when……

“位置優越：鄰近火車，巴士站，到城內觀光購物亦十分便利。 服務一流：入住前曾向酒店查詢有關早餐的安排，很快就收到Jessica的答覆。入住當天收到一份有關火車延誤的意大利文電郵，所以向前台Victoria查詢，她不但給我們很詳細的解釋，而且將電郵打印一份並用螢光筆標示重點，以方便我們使用，這種服務實在貼心。 早餐一流：餐廳平時供應咖啡等飲品及小食給住客享用，早餐內容非常精彩，服務員招呼周到。”

“If you are driving, checking early. Otherwise, you'll need to park far away with a steep climb. Breakfast is excellent. Well worth the money.”

“I stayed here only for a matter of hours (waiting for an early morning flight). The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally kind and friendly - that was the biggest takeaway for me. He helped me store my medication and everything, which I really appreciated. Thank you for a restful few hours Nuovo Alberto Operai. Hope to stay again.”

“The room was good. The breakfast was very good. We didn’t eat dinner as we preferred to go out to somewhere smaller. The pool was excellent but didn’t use the sauna because it was expensive, I don’t need to spend 3 hours in a sauna. There’s been plenty of hotels were they have been included or cheaper.”

“Ich hatte ein Balkonzimmer mit sehr schönem Ausblick über die Lagune und den Booten, aber sehr laut wegen der Strasse. Frühstück war für much ausreichend, gratis Parkplätze ein paar Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt.”
