The host goes out of his way to make you feel at ease and answered questions we didn't even know we had. Restaurants and shopping are walking distance away and some amazing snorkelling and baby shark sightings out past that Maui jetty.
Their garden is spectacular and all done by hand and Dee's brewed coffee is better than even Cafe Planet's up the road. 10/10 will try again . Thank you Ken and Dee :)

Everything. From pick-up to drop off was amazing. All the staff made sure we had an amazing experience. In particular, Everette, the diving instructor gave our 11 year old son his first diving experience he will never forget. Sefu was great playing pool and games with our son. The food was outstanding at every meal. We will be back.

This 3-star hotel should be rated 4-stars. Good location and the staff was excellent, the service was terrific. The room was great, clean, and comfortable. We had an ocean view from our room. The hotel restaurant the best food in the area, which was great. This is a much better option to stay here than the nearby “5-star” resorts.
Our flight was delayed, so by the time we rented our car (which we had planned in advance) and drove to the hotel, we arrived late in the evening. We were greeted...

Booked this for my father on a multi-day flight layover. He loves it and reported that everything was fantastic. They arranged airport transport and found him a really affordable taxi driver who took him around all day yo see the sights.

We were here for a week. We would definitely return if we were in the same area again. The host, Alexander, was pleasant and upbeat. He was easy to get along with and easy to communicate with. He even got us a taxi from the airport for less than the standard taxis outside the exit. The place was clean, no critters anywhere. Everything was in order in the apartment with standard kitchen utensils, etc. Refrigerator was full-sized, which is becoming less and less common in my experience. Washer was...

The property is safe and clean. The owner, her family and their staff are wonderful! She helped us familiarize ourselves with the area. She drove us places and always offered to help. Our stay was made easier because of staying here.

Return trip after a 13 day Australia and New Zealand cruise. Flew Fiji Air so we could do a layover to break up the long flights from the US. Stayed two days on the way over and three days on the trip back. Be sure to check out the activities offered by the resort. Fishing, kayaking, trips to local Fiji village and lei making. Stayed in a garden room and awoke to the sound of birds singing outside our room. No TV in our rooms but they did have one at the bar if you needed to catch a sporting...

The staff at this hotel make the stay 5 stars! The island is absolutely beautiful and only 20 minutes from the main island. It is a small island so there is a decent amount of guests on the island but it is not overcrowded. There are activities that they provide for you to do (water activities) for an extra cost. It was stormy and rainy most of the time we were there so we were unable to do it. They also have island hopping.

We have been travelling for 4 months and stayed on the island for 3 nights in November and in such a short time we felt like we lived there. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. There are day trippers who come to the island for activities from 11am - 4pm and you can join in with them (snorkelling, turtle watching, island dancing at lunch, waterpark, etc) and you have full use of kayaks, paddle boards, volleyball as well. I loved the history, the character of this small hotel. The room was so spacious, clean with a modern twist. Quirky and a definitive gem in Suva. This hotel is rated 3 stars but I personally would rate it with the big boys, holiday inn and Grand Pacific, Five Princes Hotel is on a smaller scale but has everything to offer as the big boys.
