"Nice place to stay, reasonably walking distance from benaulim beach. Would have been an excellent place to stay, had there been in house restaurant. Being studio apartments, kitchen is available but restaurant is not. You might have to ask hotel staff for things quite few times, upon request it would be available. Proactive approach of service could be expected at this stay value though. Otherwise clean, nit and tidy, well maintained property. Over-all good stay. "

"Weird stay here. The grounds weren’t very nicely kept and the ‘deluxe hut’ was far from that. I had the room closest to the bar so it was very noisy because of the loud TV and kids running around the restaurant, not a deluxe experience at all considering the electric, AC and water kept turning off too and I had to ask for it turned back on. "This is a lovely place to stay with fantastic staff and a great bar and restaurant- right on the beautiful beach at Agonda. Accommodation is basic but clean and mosquito nets are a bonus. We stayed in a roof top hut which was great - they have kettles and tea/coffee making facilities, also great Aircon and fans. A fridge would be a bonus but there is a free water dispenser in reception which is handy.Recommend this place for a budget conscious stay. Definitely try the restaurant too it’s great."
