"Greeted with warm welcome by Aaron upon arrival. He & other attendants served us well during our four day stay in Granada. Lofted room was comfortable, cleaned daily and quiet at night. Loved the ambiance and location—easy walk to Alhambra, Sacramente district and Albicin. Close to plaza with shopping and restaurants. Don’t bring heavy luggage to this hotel unless you taxi from parking garage. Great stay, I’d go there again!"

"First night had room 423- very small, not updated and noisy as right next to the lift. The staff kindly moved me the next day and were very helpful. It’s a great place to stay, close to the centre, buses and metro. Very friendly staff working in all aspects of the hotel. I would book again… but not if room 423!"

"I stayed for 3 nights and would absolutely return. The aesthetics of the hotel are beautiful and the room quality is amazing. The walls are a bit thin so do be aware. The staff was very helpful and gave us ideas of what to do during our stay. The terrace on the fifth floor was really the highlight of everything since you can see the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada. The location was very central and easily walkable to just about anywhere in the city. I can’t wait to visit again! "

"Overall, great stay. Be aware the hotel is at the start of the long stairs/steep hill. After you get off a taxi, you will have to climb a short steep stairs. I was on the top floor without any elevator and it was a struggle to climb with a big suitcase (I am a fit person, and luckily a kind guest helped me carrying it to the top floor.) so this is not a place if you aren’t mobile. I saw a compact lift at the bottom of the stairs inside so I never saw anyone used it during my stay. The best thing...

"The front desk staff person in the afternoon (Linius?) was super helpful. Room size worked well for three adults. The air conditioning didn’t work, which was really our only complaint. The breakfast for the price was fair but we only did that once, as there were other choices close by. "

When it turned out that it was sold out (especially the Nasrid Palaces) they found an alternate option for me, which turned out to be a great tour.
