“Staff at the reception of Hotel Santa Claus are nice and helpful. The room in Hotel Rudolph is basic but clean and tidy. But the bathroom is really a problem. From the design of the room, it can tell that the room is for people with mobility problem so it is not suprised that the bathroom will be an accessible bathroom. But the curtain is unable to block the water when bathing, as a result, the floor of the bathroom is all wet.”

“We did not receive the details to enter the apartment till we called them up on reaching the apartment which was very inconvenient as there are many apartments and the name on them is different from what was there in the booking. We wasted a lot of time trying to locate it and get the checkin details standing in the cold outside, so the starting experience was not good at all. The apartment is very nice and the location good. However, we found it difficult to use the oven as there were no oven……

“We stayed 4 nights and we had such an amazing stay. The suite was stunning. More than big enough for two people and we loved having the private sauna and private outdoor hot tub. We had the most beautiful ice cold winter weather so we were able to enjoy the outdoors in a warm tub. Just perfect. Only thing we did miss was some closets/storage for clothes in the suite. Having breakfast/dinner looking out into the woods covered in snow was amazing and so relaxing. The food was good and the people……
