Being located in the heart of Palmira, you have access to everything within walking distance. This includes walking distance to microbus station for a ride to Cali as well as being on the microbus routes coming from the airport (the street in front of the hotel) and heading to the airport (the street a block back from the hotel). Very nice hotel, and I would recommend it to anybody. In the morning you can enjoy a very nice breakfast. They also have free coffee machine 24/7. The one thing I would say is the laundry is little pricey. Other than that everything was satisfactory.

I love the place. We just have to follow the speciañ instructions and everything was perfect.

I couldn't have chosen a better hotel to stay at in the San Antonio neighborhood. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful (they even helped me purchase a ticket over the phone to the wonderful salsa show Delirio) and make you feel very welcome. The rooms are very clean with a charming rustic décor (I was fortunate enough to get one of the two ground floor rooms with a private patio). The location is fantastic as it is a short walk up the hill to Parque San Antonio and many great restaurants...

I truly enjoyed my stay at Ibis and would check them out at other locations. The breakfast was delicious! The only thing I would recommend is more vegetarian options please. Staff was super friendly, in fact the front desk staff helped me get medicine delivered for a migraine. My room was SO clean and I was so comfortable in it - when I look back on my stay there it's like a dream. This hotel is pretty conveniently located close to shopping malls and bars. The staff was very friendly and helped me the whole time. The cost va benefit is very balanced

So this feels more like a homestay than hotel. But the staff and hosts are very friendly. You get breakfast but for me one day I woke up late and they asked me to join for lunch instead. So that's very nice. I think location wise close to San Antonio area and price is good too. For what I paid I think I got good service and help from everybody so I liked it.
