⭐ 1/5 — Worst Experience Ever at Casa Aurora! Extremely disappointing experience! We had no internet throughout our entire stay, and the management showed absolutely no concern or urgency to resolve the issue. What made matters worse was the dishonesty. We were offered a refund, which influenced our decision to stay, only for management to go back on their word. They later admitted that they had known the internet wasn’t working from the very beginning but failed to inform us before our stay. We felt completely misled and deceived. Instead of being transparent and taking responsibility, they made promises they never intended to honor. Terrible customer service, poor communication, and absolutely no accountability. I would never stay at Casa Aurora again and strongly recommend that others think twice before booking. A beautiful property means nothing when honesty, integrity, and customer service are missing.
