“The property was ideally located in Eye Square. It was easy to walk to everything from the hotel. The staff was really nice and attentive. While the attached bar was super convenient, I was in one of the square-facing rooms, and the noise from the bar and from people outside was pretty noticeable. It made it difficult to sleep and you definitely needed earplugs (which the hotel provided). I also wish the room had a fridge available.”

“The property is clean, check in is straight forward, and the beds were fine. Reason for not giving five stars is the noise. During the day, instrumental music plays loudly in the hallways and is heard clearly in our room on the first floor. Luckily they turn it off during the night, but if you want to take a mid day nap it’s quite annoying. Also, every time someone opened and closed the main door, it loudly shook our room door, so much so that we thought people were breaking into our room during……
