“Loved the room everything very clean the staff was wonderful breakfast was delicious!”

“My stay at TownePlace Suites Tuscaloosa University Area was unfortunately very disappointing. The first night, I noticed a slight odor coming from the bed but tried to overlook it. By the next morning, I could no longer ignore it and requested either fresh sheets or housekeeping assistance. Since housekeeping was unavailable at the time, I picked up clean sheets and changed the bed myself. When I removed the sheets, I saw that the mattress protector appeared clean and had no visible stains or……
