"This is easily the hotel with the finest views in town. It’s clean, nice and very tranquil. We went with our two daughters (age 8 and 9) and they loved it here. Also going to the lagoons and driving the buggies.

"The location was great. However, the staff (particularly the owners) were not so friendly or helpful. We started in a balcony city view and upgraded to the mountain view (which was better). The wifi was ok, water warm enough - pressure not great. A bit run down and minimal in decor. We asked for room service after the second night it never happened. We brought our own garbage down and asked for more single use soaps... as needed.
