“The Hyatt is one of the cleanest, well maintained hotel of all the ones I've been too. Breakfast is very good, and staff is super friendly.”

“Overall good place to stay. Second time for me at this property. Room size is great and very clean. Only issue was the hair dryer had a short which tripped the circuit breaker next to the sink. Otherwise all good aside from the lukewarm buffet breakfast - could have been hotter, especially the warming pans.”

“Walls were so thin I could hear entire conversations, light coming through a window above the door made sleep near impossible. The place was clean but the pillows were so hard my husband and I woke up with headaches. There wasn’t even a fridge in our room. We also asked the host for recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area and they never responded. I would not go back and don’t recommend. Any basic hotel will serve you better than this place”

“The room was clean and well appointed, with plenty of towels, toiletries, and pillows. The location in Walkerville was really a bonus, as it is in walking distance to shopping, bars, and restaurants. When we're in the area again, we'll stay there again, if they have any vacancies, ”

“Excellent location in historic Sandwich Town. Fantastic, well-maintained facility with a mix of modern and classic amenities. No on-site staff meant communicating by text for housecleaning, etc. TV had a lot of foreign and niche channels, but was missing standard channels such as TSN, Sportsnet and the Big 4 American networks.”
