“Good family space to stay in Alicant.”

“The rooms were clean, but they didn't meet the standards described by the hotel on the Expedia website. They provided all the basics, but there were no slippers in the room, and the shower was broken. The staff wasn't very friendly; it seemed they didn't appreciate me pointing out the hotel's shortcomings, which definitely don't make it a 4-star hotel. The breakfast buffet is embarrassing; they don’t provide tongs for guests to pick up bread or other foods, so I had to use the tongs meant for……

“Room was clean, bathroom was very clean, bed linen was clean and crisp. The bed was comfortable, the shower was very good overal. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were good. Areas to note were the coffee cups were not reusable and one bathroom plastic cup had a crack. ”

“位置很好，就在市政厅广场，离其他的景点都在可以接受的范围。酒店顶层可以晒太阳同时眺望山上的城堡。离著名的海滩也不远。附近有很多条餐饮街，随时可以找到吃的。”

“旅行了很多国家，第一次碰到如此恶劣的酒店。入住时，由于我们事前没有填写带小朋友的信息，拒绝我们入住，我们表示愿意支付加床房费、或更换成其他房型都可以，前台态度特别恶劣，还指责我们是我们的错，跟酒店无关，后来我们一直据理力争，至少我们可以入住两人，然后再去其他酒店另外订个房间，前台这才停止无理取闹，然后改口说有个客人刚刚退了个三人间，可以帮我们调，但需要增加27欧，我们也不想再折腾，也就同意了，但整个心情完全被破坏了。更奇葩的是，我们希望借个开酒器开酒，居然要7欧元，我们反复解释是借不是买，前台说只要是开自己的酒就是这个价，去酒店酒吧买酒就OK了。我们最后去了酒店对门的超市，一个开瓶器也就3.5欧，一瓶酒也是4-5欧，这个酒店只认钱，没有一点服务精神。太奇葩了。走了十多个国家了，这是唯一的一个，没有之一。”

“We were so comfortable staying in this beautiful apartment hotel. The suite was spacious and well appointed. So cool that this is converted palace. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Lovely shower and fluffy towels. The location was really good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Alicante”
