“飯店房間很多，所以隨時都有很多人出入。很多人不會用電梯，常擠在電梯口。基本上沒什麼服務，冰塊要自己到一樓酒吧要，Room service 送要錢。每天房內整理都不確實補上備品，連沐浴乳用完了也沒補充。甚至有一天整個房間都沒整理。房務人員一早十點就在敲門想整理，我人都還在房內。頂樓高級酒吧營業到2點，晚上隱約還能聽到音樂聲。”
