“Hôtel magnifique ! Les logements, les piscines et les buffets sont de très bonne qualité pour adultes et enfants. Le seul point négatif concerne les transats autour des piscines, qui sont réservés très tôt le matin. Une règle devrait être mise en place et appliquée afin d'éviter que des transats restent inoccupés du matin au soir, simplement parce qu'une serviette y a été déposée pour les réserver.”

“We stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately it fell well below our expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It was extremely hot, making it very difficult to sleep. When we raised this with reception, we were simply told to open the window, which only resulted in bugs coming into the room. We also spoke to other guests who said they were experiencing the same problem, so it clearly wasn’t an isolated issue. The rooms also……

“We had an excellent stay. I discovered this hotel almost by chance through an Expedia recommendation. Visiting Fuerteventura wasn't originally part of my plans, and I knew nothing about this hotel. After reading about it, I decided to book it, and I do not regret my choice at all. The hotel is quiet, clean, and very well maintained, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage – wirklich traumhaft. Was jedoch mehr als negativ aufgefallen ist: Während unseres Aufenthalts im April wurde eine Bar renoviert (die Arbeiten dauern wohl noch bis Mitte/Ende Juni 2026 an). “Had a really good time at this hotel, I was able to relax for the few days I was there. I would recommend you book a coach to get to the hotel from the airport as it is a fair distance away (approx 1 hr). The staff were great ans friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was great! They had a good variety. The pool side was nice but was full all the time... People hog the sun lounges for the day so it can be quite annoying when all you see are towels on them but no one there. The views……

“Overall a great hotel. Strong points are as follows; quite tidy and neat in the communal areas, good food at the breakfast and dinner buffets, polite staff, brilliantly easy access to the pool, complimentary cava in the afternoons, breathtaking views from the sea facing room! So pretty strong on most fronts. Negatives are as follows; caters mostly to German travellers but would certainly help if English proficiency was stronger amongst reception.
