We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, the room was very clean, and the staff could not have been better. Our ferry to Venice was cancelled at 8pm the night before we were to leave and we were freaking out. Tajana at the front desk was a life saver. She found a bus leaving the next morning and reserved us 2 seats. Amazing customer service and very much appreciated!

Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted with the warmest of smiles. All of the hotel staff was absolutely friendly, kind and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. What a tranquil setting, we had a beach cabana, a beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Very easy to take to Ubers into town for dinners or seeing the sites. Nice and quiet, multiple ocean locations to go swimming.

This is the most helpful hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff is beyond amazing and courteous. The location is in the heart of old town Rovinj which is stunning. My husband got sick and the restaurant for breakfast brought food up to our room for no charge. That is SERVICE! I would move in and make this my retirement home if I could. I wish we had stayed longer.
