“I have mixed feelings about this stay. It is hard not to compare it to other cottages I've stayed in while in Ireland at the same price point. Where there is a basic welcoming basket with bread, eggs, salt and pepper. There is nothing of the sort here. There were a lot of rules posted around that seemed a bit much compared to the condition of the cottage. The beds were not comfortable, but the bedding looked newer. If you make it to Inisheer you have to take a horse drawn carriage ride around the island. We were lucky enough to get Dolly and she had quite the personality. We had to get out and encourage her up the hill. IN her defense she was still in training while we were there.
