“My issue is I was charged 3x with a hold on my card of close to 3,800 and nobody could fix it. My bank saw as a pending item and could not dispute until it was actually completed. The hotel and staff said it was NOTHING they could do. It was their error. They only gave us 1 free breakfast and 1 free dinner. They really should have compensated us being that the pending hold prevented us from doing some planned things during our 5 day stay. Smh. The pending charge did not lift off the card until 7……
