“One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked their most expensive suite — supposedly their best — and it was a letdown from the moment we walked in. The fridge was broken. The room was missing basic amenities you’d expect at this price point. Tea was served only when we asked for it, and the cookies that came with it were stale. The restaurant was somehow worse — you place an order and the waiter simply disappears. Not once, not twice, but repeatedly. We’d sit there waiting for someone……

“Let me start off by saying the address on Expedia is not completely correct so we were dropped off on the other side of Lakshman Jhula and had the hardest time finding the hotel. We had to get taxi twice to get to the correct location because it is similar address to another place. Please contact the hotel for the correct address so you don’t keep on running around with your luggage to look for the right place. Once we found the hotel, the rooms were very clean.
