“Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.”

“It is simply AWFUL.
According to Expedia the hotel is 4*. In reality it is a low 2 stars. In dire need of maintenance...building and housekeeping.
Very BASIC
Reception staff were helpful.
But NEVER EVER GO TO THE night venue. The Security staff are SIMPLY WILD AFRICAN BEASTS: unmarrened, very violent, and judgemental.
Please avoid this dreadful place.
It was not like this a few years ago. That is why I advise anyone seeing the ad on Expedia or any other site to read this comment before……
