“Null air climatisé faible Frigidaire pas froid du tout Pas d’électricité de minuit a 6h de matin J’ai prix demi pension alors pendant deux jours j’ai pas recu de nourriture malgré que je reserve J’ai recu juste petit dej aujourd’hui avant check out a 11:30 Personnel null irrespectueux et non professionnel Fenetre ne se ferme pas , lavabo bouché Petite dej null Et tout ca j’ai pris une suite chere mais 0 service”

“We have stayed at this hotel many times , but this stay exceeded all of them . The hotel is being improved for the better ! The rooms are clean and spacious, our only quibble would be it needs more plug sockets ! The pool area is comfortable and clean , the lifeguard do an amazing job . The animation is the best we have seen in Tunisia, the team are extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They work hard for early morning until late at night, hosting games and activities by day……
