“If you like noise until all hours of the day and night with endless kids screaming at two in the morning and boom boom uncontrollable noise then ok. Loads of kids get dropped off in to swim in the pool. No security to stop them making a racket. I had to get up at two in the morning and ask them to stop the noise. Never can this place be four stars!! Building is outdated and on its last legs!! Stay away it’s awful!!”

“Firstly I don't know what the issue with towels in this hotel. I stayed a week. Everyday I was having to chase up the cleaner who kept saying 5 mins which never happened so then had to go to reception to ask them. I don't know if this is a shortage of towels or what as heard a few other customers complaining. Reception staff Rikh and hadeel both lovely and helpful. Also Mustafa that works in the bar made sure I was always looked after with coffee pizza etc . What I didn't like was being asked……
