“Wonderful hotel. Highly recommended. The only negative is that no one at the hotel reads the messages to the property from guests. I sent an important message that went unread until a corporate office answered but by then it was too late.”

“Conviniently located within the walls of the old city walls, We enjoyed our stay much more than we did staying at the best hotel in the area, We especially liked the peace and quiet. Breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were quite accommodating to our dietary restrictions.
Very nice room, the bed was quite comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!”

“Firstly I don't know what the issue with towels in this hotel. I stayed a week. Everyday I was having to chase up the cleaner who kept saying 5 mins which never happened so then had to go to reception to ask them. I don't know if this is a shortage of towels or what as heard a few other customers complaining.
Reception staff Rikh and hadeel both lovely and helpful. Also Mustafa that works in the bar made sure I was always looked after with coffee pizza etc .
What I didn't like was being asked……
