Con: The tap water is not potable and they don’t provide complimentary bottles in the room - all hotels I’ve stayed at provide basic water when tap water is not drinkable. "Hotel common areas are nice. Breakfast is very limited and feels cheap, but breakfast staff are nice. I'd give it a 4 out of 10. Custmer service is pretty much not existent. I asked for an iron at 8pm and I was told that thet they do not provide such service. I had have an argument which enabled me the priviledge to get them to contact the manager and ask what to do. They eventually did not help and referred me to the wash and ironing room service which could only be provided the day after...
