“I really enjoyed my stay at the Belfry Hotel & Spa, so much so that I’m already looking forward to coming back, especially to try one of the body massages next time. The spa facilities were excellent. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room were all very relaxing and well maintained. I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, but I had a look around and it looks fantastic. “Excellent location on a quiet street close to the city centre. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, and our room was spacious and comfortable. ”

“Everything was great at my first stay at the Bentley. I did self check in on my journey down and when I arrived the reception lady (Sophie) was nice, friendly and efficient, I paid with my credit card, received my keys and was soon up in my room. The room was large but a wee bit dated and tired looking but the bed was great. The heating radiators looked outdated but they worked efficiently and the room was always warm and cosy. The bathroom was clean and I've never stayed in a hotel room that……

“Check in was perfect Alex was great, she showed us were our room was and booked a taxi for us. Room was perfectly spotless and great view of the gardens. Also had food in the restaurant again was outstanding. The faciluties are fantastic. We will be back to stay would definiyely book for a spa weekend. ”

“ It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.”
