“這間酒店是沒有冷氣設備，只提供風扇，夏天可能會有一點熱。 早上酒店樓下會有清潔人員用機械掃地，會有一點聲響，可能會影響休息。 如果你想去 University of Northampton 的話，地點是一流，酒店位於大學內，十分方便。步行前往 Northampton 市中心大概 15分鐘，也是十分方便。”

“Already the premises give out a reassuring feeling of care and comfort. This is then corroborated by the quiet and clean rooms, warm and cosy, along with a spacious breakfast area which presents a good variety of food, replicated for the dining area. All this topped with an ample parking space. Last, but certainly not least, the caring and welcoming staff just make it a must to want to go back.”

“The male (of a certain race) that checked us in looked right past me and greeted my husband when I walked thru the door first and would only deal with him. Even after my husband said I drove and I would fill in the vehicle info, he still asked him to enter the info and would only give him the keys. I felt like I wasn't there! The Plough is way out-dated, the beds are awful but you can they are trying to update some things. New carpets and chairs. I would not recommend this hotel, but maybe in……

“Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The room was spotless and the amenities were excellent, including the well-stocked small fridge with food and snacks. The weather was exceptionally cold during our stay, and unfortunately the small heater wasn’t quite enough to keep the room comfortably warm.”

“Very bad experience. It's not a 4 starts hotel, it's just an overpriced AirBnB, no breakfast, no services at all. Also rude staff who didn't provide any info about the property and surroundings. The check-in consisted in a rude woman who handed the key, rushed us into the room and left. They didn't even provide the wifi password. This is not the way to treat guests. To avoid at all costs, despite the beautiful location.”

“Very central & also 5 minutes walk to Morrisons supermarket. A downside was that I couldn’t get the washing machine to work. The pillows although clean were flat with use & need changing, the same with the duvet covers. New bed linen would be a good idea. Otherwise a comfortable & spacious convenient flat.”
