“The property is truly unique and right downtown. Close enough to walk to many different places. It was clean The rooms are decent It was quiet”

“The staff at the front desk and the pool were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic, and my kids really enjoyed the slides! Even though it was the long weekend, the pool wasn’t crowded, we only met two or three other groups of guests. I did notice, however, that the beds in the room seemed a bit smaller or shorter than usual. The shower water pressure was a bit weak, and the toilet flush didn’t always work properly, which was a little surprising for such a new hotel.”

“To be fair, they are now under a major renovation but it was desperately needed - desperately. Rooms were very dated and worn, etc. Much more a holiday inn than a Fairmont. Hopefully the reno fixes things.”

“Wanted to spend one last night here before the renovation and had a great time. Beds were comfortable, happy that the sauna was working and the staff in the gold floors lounge were wonderful. Can't wait to visit next year 😊”
