“As a returning guest at Les Étincelles hotels for the third time, we unfortunately noticed a decline in the overall experience. We appreciated the room upgrade, and the location remains excellent—perfect ski-in/ski-out access for early and active skiers.
The rooms are cosy and welcoming, although sound insulation could be improved as noise from neighbouring rooms is noticeable. The ski room is practical with heated lockers, but lockers are not secured and there is no visible surveillance. The……
“The apartment was ideal for our family of 6. It was less than a minute away from a major chairlift and a gondola lift. Ski storage was easily accessible once we figured out where it was. Breakfast could be ordered at reception which helped a lot. Gym, Sauna and steam rooms were a welcome addition for some of us. Our balcony had a great view, which we loved especially on New Year's Eve.”
“Room was great, spacious and well thought out with charging points.
breakfast was good, the hot food sadly wasn't under any heat lamps so the bacon, sausages and hash browns etc were cold so saw lots of daily waste as no-one ate them. everything else was good!
Staff were really friendly and still getting to know the hotel as well as so new!
Beds were good, shower was good (sadly only 4 coffee pods and then have to pay for extras), good soundproofing.
Ski hire shop in basement was well……
“Très bon hébergement et accueil souriant.
Les randonnées incluses dans le tarif sont un vrai plus. Les randonnées nous ont permis de découvrir de magnifiques paysages avec de belles explications et anecdotes.”
“Thank you very much to the reception team for helping us with our delayed baggage and hire car issues. Apartments are in a great spot, v well located. ”

Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact.
We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! If you're going to charge for 3 people (2 adults and one young teen) in a room, then make it policy to give out 3 keys. Not……
