“Checking in stunk. Redheaded guy with a beard had a snooty attitude larger than the golf course nearby. Acted as if I didn't belong, incredibly impatient when I attempted to engage in polite conversation, and somehow "superior", which I fail to I understand how can hotel staff be superior to ANY guest. Not exactly what I call customer service, in fact, the opposite. ”

“The Ac was fine but the controls were a bit confusing. It was chilly while there and the heater was difficult to turn on. Didnt eat breakfast. ”

“This hotel is beautiful and located within walking distance to shops, wineries, coffee spots, and restaurants. There’s also plenty of entertainment on-site if you prefer to stay in. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated.”

“A dream come true!! Absolutely magnificent townhome. Spotless, comfortable, slept like a baby, plenty of space for 6 adults, and a two car garage and driveway. Loved the special touches inside the home- the shampoo, conditioners, body wash, the labeling of where everything was, and the easy access. The location was just perfect for going into Dallas, Fort Worth, the Winstar casino, and any restaurants/stores. The communication was great with the management team. Everything was honestly-……
